What is coliving and how does it work?

Basically, it's a shared accommodation space where common areas like kitchen, bathrooms, living room, rooftop, etc., are shared with the rest of the building's tenants. Colivers pay a fixed monthly fee and can enjoy these services. Another characteristic that differentiates colivings is the flexibility in room stay duration, usually much shorter than renting a studio/apartment.

What services are included in the room?

The marked room prices include all utilities: water, electricity, wifi, heating... In addition, there is a weekly cleaning service for common areas.

Do you accept couples/pets or can parties be held?

Much to our regret, despite being people with a great animal-loving spirit, pets are not allowed due to cleaning and noise issues in the spaces. Regarding couples' accommodation, it is prohibited in our rules since rooms are for individual use and to maintain coexistence in the spaces we have to offer it this way.

Can you smoke in the room/common areas?

For hygiene reasons, smoking is prohibited in enclosed spaces. For this, outdoor areas like terraces for smokers have been enabled.

What furniture does the room include?

Your room comes equipped with the following furniture: single bed, wardrobe, desk, desk lamp, and shelf.
