A graduate in Fine Arts with a Master's degree in 3D and an MBA, he began his career as a CG artist at Daiquiri in 1988. He has worked at companies such as Telson, Mad Pix Company and Molinare.

In 2004, he created his own project, La Bombilla VFX, where he served as CEO and VFX supervisor until 2016, and where he developed both at a business and creative level.

Between 2013 and 2016, he taught a Master's degree in film directing and in 2016, he joined El Ranchito, where he currently holds the position of Director of Finance and Marketing.

Gonzalo She has led teams, fostering motivation, effort, and collaborative work. At El Ranchito, her role has been to professionalize and structure the company, driving its growth by leading the team, building its culture, and improving its capabilities.
